Minimum Qualifications:

10+ years of design and development experience with RF products and systems which include transmitters, receivers, and frequency synthesizers with recent design and lab experience at 77+ or 94+ GHz.

Experience with standard antenna types (such as dipole, monopole, loop, horn, or patch for broadband and multiband).

Experience with antenna array theory

Detailed understanding of noise, thermal and emission issues.

Design experience with Rx/Tx MIMICs, RFICs, amplifiers, isolators, LNAs, synthesizers, filters, VCOs, directional couplers, microstrip transmission line modeling, coplanar waveguides, baluns, and antennas.

Use of RF/Analog Simulation tools such as: Feko, ADS, AWR, PSPICE. Excellent RF, analog, lab skills. Proficiency with CAD schematic capture tools.

Proficient in PCB layout design at 77+ GHz, solder ball, and surface mount technologies.

Develop and releasing product to manufacturing, including experience with manufacturing methods, emissions testing, regulatory and all steps necessary for a successful launch to manufacturing.

Demonstrate thorough understanding and application of engineering principles, concepts, theory , and practice with the ability to organize, plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate workloads to meet established deadlines or milestones

Must possess the ability to understand new concepts quickly and apply them accurately throughout an evolving fast paced environment

Strong communication , presentation, and interpersonal skills are required enabling an effective interface with other departments and/or professionals

Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Proficient in using lab test equipment such as Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Logic Analyzers, oscilloscopes, and signal generators in order to develop, test and debug circuits and systems

Preferred Qualifications:

Recent design and lab experience working at 77+ GHz from concept to brassboards.
Experience with Radar systems.
