officei(ish) is an early stage startup creating a sharing economy for office space. The MVP is built and as we move forward with deployment we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Growth Leader/CMO-type-person to:
• engage as a member of the leadership team,
• help define a growth strategy,
• drive listings/space acquisition,
• lead customer and partner growth.

Ideal candidate will be a highly organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize. You must be flexible, adaptable, and be able to execute with little (or no) guidance.

Specific skills and requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
• Proven abilities in developing and managing partnerships
• Past experience in sales, marketing, and/or account mgt
• Knowledge of and experience with electronic marketing
• Ability to use data to tell stories and drive decisions
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit
• Willingness to what it takes to achieve our goals
• Experience with building/managing high-performing teams
• Startup experience would be wicked cool
• As would experience in peer-to-peer/sharing economy markets
• Physical presence in Washington, DC area (probably mandatory)


• Negotiable equity compensation
• Super flexible schedule to start – less than full-time is fine to start
