As Marketing Coordinator, you’ll strive to achieve four primary goals:

-Help build and nurture relationships with key Partners and Sponsors
-Manage the marketing calendar and ensure that deliverables for all partnerships and events are met
-Traffic and manage marketing campaign and art requests to ensure client and prospect deadlines.
-Assist with national and regional email marketing and events-based campaigns

A lead-focused marketing dynamo with a knack for managing projects, you will collaborate with the members of our growing marketing team on strategy and execution of campaigns and ideas.

You’re not satisfied with simply “being there.” It’s in your nature to constantly look for new methods to improve marketing campaigns and processes and drive results.

Responsibilities

-Mange Marketing Calendars. Maintain the marketing and events calendars on the company drive.
-Assist on Partnerships and Events. Ensure that marketing materials are created and delivered to partners on time. Support logistics and content management for events.
-Route Marketing Requests. Traffic incoming marketing campaign/content/art requests from company departments.
-Identify Improvements. Identify ways to improve marketing deliverables or outputs.
-Keep Moving. Keep projects moving, get the right people involved at the right time to produce the desired outcomes, and always strive to exceed expectations.
-Get Involved. Assist with new and ongoing projects, including but not limited to, regional K12 Insight events and user conferences, webinars, video production, proofreading, content development, website and content hub management and email campaigns and lead generation.

Special Skills/Training
The Marketing Coordinator is a highly organized professional, self-motivator with a keen attention to detail. This employee will manage multiple projects at the same time and is expected to work independently as well as to be a team contributor. The Marketing Coordinator must have strong writing and communication skills and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Bachelor’s degree with 1 to 2 years marketing experience.
