As a critical member of our largest and most dynamic team, you’ll do much of your work in the trenches, partnering with school district leaders to improve the culture of communications and decision-making in their local communities.

It’s your job to cultivate strategic relationships in the school community, sharing best practices and serving as a trusted thought-partner with school leaders.

An uncompromising professional with a knack for managing projects, you’ll collaborate with team members to guarantee K12 Insight customers consistently receive the highest-quality services and products.

Responsibilities

-Build relationships. Develop a reliable network of school leaders within client districts; champion the integration of K12 Insight solutions.
-Be ready. Keep a close eye on national and local education trends. Know the specific challenges your clients are facing. Speak confidently to how K12 Insight products and services are being used to address those challenges.
-Keep in constant contact. Be an essential and reliable resource for school district clients. Produce periodic reports highlighting client successes and areas in need of improvement and provide guidance, resources and assistance in every phase of the relationship.
-Identify opportunities for growth. Know what your clients are up to. Constantly identify ways that K12 Insight products or services can meet and exceed their goals.
-Go the extra mile. Keep implementation and projects moving forward, get the right people involved at the right time to produce the best outcomes, and always strive to exceed client expectations.
-Keep clients engaged and excited. Ensure timely renewal of client agreements. -Spearhead growth and escalation of existing accounts. And mitigate client risks by preparing for and managing the unexpected.
-Help clients achieve measureable gains. Meet key business metrics for effective program integration, client retention and renewal.

Special Skills/Training
All Strategic Account Executives are expected to learn our software and service products and know what K12 Insight solutions or programs to promote in any situation. You’ll also be expected to master internal business systems and tools, including Salesforce, Client Delivery Processes and Procedures (CDPAP), 5pm (project management software), Google Apps, Join.Me, WhatsApp and other emerging business technologies.
