Ordering, receiving and paying for what you want to eat and drink can be a slow and frustrating experience, particularly in the most popular and crowded spots. Bbot provides an end-to-end technology solution to address that challenge and create a better experience for customers everywhere.
We are a B2B2C company. Our technologies include:
1. A robot that delivers food and drinks to a precise customer ordering location. The robot runs on a track overhead, rather than navigating on the ground, where space may be limited.
2. Customer-facing software for guests to order and pay for food and drink from their smartphones without downloading an app. To place an order, customers simply scan a QR code or browse to a website, enter a location code, select from a menu, and pay. No signup is required.
3. Back-of-the-house software for staff to receive and fulfill orders on a tablet. Real-time feedback is provided to the customer as the order is fulfilled.
We can offer these technologies individually, or in combination, to meet our customers’ individual business needs. Our current offerings include:
Bbot: The Food and Drink Delivery Robot
This is a combined hardware and software product offering. Customers order and pay for food and drinks using their smartphone and our delivery robot carries it from a service well or a kitchen to a guest’s table. It is patent-pending, based on several technologies, including a stabilization software that prevents the robot from spilling full drinks when moving at its top speed.
Bpay: Smartphone as the New Point-of-Sale
This is a software-only product offering for customers that want to leverage the power of Bbot’s software technology solution as an alternative to their point-of-sale provider. Customers order and pay for food and drinks using their smartphone, staff receive the orders via a tablet and deliver the food and drinks directly to customers sitting at their tables.
Remote Kitchen: Get Food from Next Door
This is a software-only product offering that allows neighboring restaurants to partner using the Bpay software system. Businesses without their own kitchens can invite their guests to order food from other restaurants in close proximity (think: next door or down the street), who will receive orders via tablet and can use their staff to quickly run over the food. more
