Corrosion is an inexorable process that silently destroys any engineered barrier and costs trillions of dollars annually. Current technologies using toxic heavy metals as anti-corrosion pigment to provide high performance corrosion protection for steel and other metals. These heavy metals include chromates (carcinogenic), lead, and zinc (a marine pollutant). We have developed the first heavy metal- free, high performance anti-corrosion coating platform for all kind of metals by using a unique conductive polymer-nano dispersion (CPND) as the next generation anti-corrosion pigment and our unique coating formulation. Even after a record-setting 13,000-hour independent corrosion test, there was no rusting or blistering, also impressively perfect tape adhesions which is another miracle. This coatings lasts more than six times longer the the best anti-corrosion coating product on the market. We only stopped the test at 13,740 hours because the result was impressive enough. This coating is also thin, light-weight, surface-tolerant, and self-sealing.
Our goal is establishing this coating platform as the market standard for major manufacturing and construction practices worldwide. We are aiming to paint the Golden Gate Bridge, Eiffel Tower, and space rocket.
