Our solution, called Tripeur, is a CFO managed, employee-driven travel app with built-in financial tools, policies, approval management, expense reports and analytics.
We are leveraging the opportunity posed by the innumerable number of SME's in India with monthly travel spend between INR 10 lakhs and 1 Crore. These companies conduct their travel through an in-house travel desk or an outsourced travel management firm. The visibility into the travel spend and its optimization is limited. Most of the information comes out of the post travel audit. Due to the limited demand that is created by them in each segment, the rates that they command is also not very attractive. There are many avenues of financial leakages due to dependencies on multiple stakeholders to execute ticketing.

Tripeur consists of three components:
1. A self-book tool for the traveling employees (both mobile app and browser versions) - Acting as a single "go-to" window for all the travel needs, Tripeur makes the corporate traveler's life easy pre-travel, during travel and post-travel. The payments are powered by the Corporate Travel Account and Corporate Credit Cards.
2. A complete dashboard for the CFO to get in-depth analytics on all travel related activities and expenses. It allows the CFO to optimize the travel expenses.
3. A portal for the admin to manage the company's travel policies and ensure the service level for the employees.
Tripeur helps the organization save on the travel desk expenses, save on the innumerable man-hours spent on travel coordination and improve the quality of experience for the travelers.
The demand thus generated by Tripeur is aggregated by the platform and allows the corporates to collectively negotiate for better rates from all the service providers. more
