Our platform generates customizable and dynamic Apple Wallet and Google Pay passes that speak to the various stakeholders systems onsite to create a smart stadium ecosystem. Fans can use this one pass as their ticket to get into the game, their wallet to make purchases for F&B and merchandising, their sponsor engagement tool, voting, raffle entry, parking pass - all with a simple tap of the phone.
We are the first in the market to provide a frictionless "Auto-select" feature to our passes. This means that fans won't have to open an app, nor scroll through their device to find the right pass - they just need to place their locked screen next to the reader and the relevant pass will automatically be pulled up on their phone. Fans will then have to authenticate with their thumbprint or face scan, and they're done!
Our passes are the glue that binds the smart stadium ecosystem together. We integrate with a venue's existing vendors - app supplier, ticketing platform, concessionaire, merchandising licensee, loyalty program so that their systems can accept our passes to create a streamlined experience for the fans. By creating one digital pass that work with the stadium vendors on a unified platform, we are able to capture never before seen data insights on the entire fan journey - all under one umbrella!
Fans can be onboarded via the team's app, and once they purchase their ticket on the team's ticketing platform, one of our passes are generated and sent to the fan via email, text message, etc. When purchasing their tickets, fans can opt-in to have their credit card linked to their pass, or they can link it later to enable payments. Fans can choose to pay-as-they-go, (the credit card is charged for each transaction) or they can have a stored value on their pass.
Besides the obvious efficiencies that venues will reap by reducing the number of paper ticket logistics and the human capital required to manage this process, by having digital tickets in the fans mobile wallets, we will also give venues the ability to personally communicate with their fans through text messages and/or push notifications. Notifications can be triggered either by time, location or beacons.
Business logic can also be set up to automate messaging based on previous fan behavior or to nudge fans modify behavior.
