Real Links is an online platform which significantly increases employee referral hires for companies by matching the best candidates in employees’ networks to jobs.
Employee referrals are a great source of hires being 3-4x more likely to be hired, having a 39% better retention rate and saving companies a minimum of £2.3k per hire (compared to recruitment consultancies, the saving is massive). The problem is that companies generally struggle to get more than 10% of their annual hires via employee referrals as employees simply don’t have time to participate in manual referral schemes.
Our platform solves that by syncing with employees’ connections (i.e. on LinkedIn, Facebook & email), matching those connections to live vacancies and making referral recommendations as and when employees’ connections are matched to job vacancies. The platform also supports diversity by being name, ethnicity, nationality and gender blind when employees’ connections are matched to jobs.
This is a game changer as the platform is opening up the referral network and providing access to previously unreachable passive candidates in a way that supports diversity.
