Zisk Properties
Making global property investments easier and more accessible for everyone
Zisk Properties is a aiming to make global property investments quicker, easier and more accessible to the masses. Technology is our weapon of choice to achieve this - however, we will need to employ other tools as is required including innovative legislation (like crowdfunding) and education (very important in some of the under-developed markets we will be targeting). Yes - this means, we aren't just another crowdfunding platform operating in the developed world but alongside are targeting developing countries where there is a far greater need - where the masses do not have access to basic necessities of life, where it is unaffordable to even afford food or clean water. Such individuals not only lack the financial resources to improve their lives but also the understanding to invest into complex financial products that are present in these jurisdictions but aimed at the rich of the society (don't get us wrong, we don't have anything against the rich and are happy for them to use our platform as well).
We launched over 2 yrs ago but with a pilot in Pakistan - where we built a 17,000 strong FB community and several hundred of customers, refining our messaging and product offering based on feedback. We are now planning to launch in UK (to have a strong base that will enable us to go global - we have already gotten our FCA registration successfully come through recently. NOTE: the start date listed above is when Zisk Properties Limited was listed - as noted above, the Pakistani pilot was started over 2 yrs ago) followed by targeting Africa and UAE (we are already talking to local potential partners in these jurisdictions with progressed discussions).
Worth noting that given our Founder's blockchain background, we did consider an ICO with a very strong team but as the market slowed down, we put those ambitions on the back burner and focusing on developing our product offering. The next stage after our immediate launches would be to consider implementation of blockchain at the backend due to its security and transparency (we are also in initial talks with another UK company for a partnership for this).
