“The CFAC Impact Centre will provide an open access space for collaborative community innovation to
tackle urban and living and development in the 21st Century.
Applying the principles of Creative Commons and Open Source communities together we can build truly
circular and sustainable solutions, building new models of ownership and use that make best use of the
rich resources available.
We will build and evolve the connections between creatives, public and private sectors, SMEs and big
business, academic capability, individuals and communities addressing challenges and problems,
collecting, organising and build on ideas and assets. Forming an Innovation Cluster that is 100%
accessible to the Public, Business, Academia & The Third Sector” more
