The mission of Advanced Interactive Response Systems (AIRS) is to produce high-quality gas safety and monitoring products that will improve patient health and care-giver performance. Oxygen system irregularities can lead to respiratory distress, hypoxia and damage to vital organs. Our Oxygen Flow Monitor tracks the oxygen flow and pulse oximetry.

AIRS was founded by Valerie Obenchain in Newaygo, Michigan in December of 2013. Ms. Obenchain is a registered respiratory therapist, experienced in combatting these potentially critical issues. Healthcare is rapidly transiting into the digital age. AIRS products will help facilitate this mission. AIRS products remotely monitor oxygen supply systems, which will improve patient care and caregiver performance.

AIRS has developed patent protected monitoring systems for any oxygen source to monitor flow, pulse oximetry and heart rate. Future devices which can also automatically switch to a backup system. AIRS systems are portable and have the ability to transmit information such as alarm status and pressure/flow/SpO2 data via a variety of communication modes; including an app, texts, downloads pagers, emails and other alerts. These alerts will be sent directly to the caregiver, and/or other personnel as required. AIRS digital health products are uniquely designed with fail safes to be reliable and user-friendly, with a focus on patient safety and well-being. These systems have serious and life threatening issues, including leaks, blockage, power outages, mechanical failures, depletion and unmonitored oxygen supply. AIRS digital health systems address all these issues. Supplemental oxygen users and caregivers are continually concerned about oxygen supply issues. AIRS innovative products are beneficial to these patients in all settings. AIRS products will save lives and improve the quality of life for oxygen users, while lowering the costs of oxygen care.

AIRS has recently launched a new consumable products called the Moisture Exchange Tubing. While AIRS digital health products are multi-patient use, the tubing are single patient use and disposable. The Moisture Exchange Tubing eliminates the need of a humidification system, which contain bacteria. It is the first clean and portable solution to oxygen therapy. The regulatory pathway for the new tubing was quicker than for our digital health products, which we are very close to registering the Oxygen Flow Monitor with the FDA. more
