Our health and wellbeing platform offers people with declining health a reliable way to manage their wellbeing day to day. It ingests, analyses and learns patterns of behaviour from fixed and wearable sensors. As days go by the data adds up, the platform builds an informed picture of our customers’ personal health conditions. All its insights are displayed on a simple and user-friendly dashboard or app which can be shared with whoever they choose.

Now comes the geeky bit.

Our technology can offer emergency alerts as usual Telecare services do…. but we go much further.

Our algorithm constantly churns away old and new data to narrow down individual triggers and mediators of potential health decline. Within a short period of time, it provides proactive notifications to help our customers take steps to minimise the likelihood of preventable decline.

The more the system learns, the better it can help.

Nominated carers, families and friends can receive them too via our responder app which also alerts to immediate care needs
