Overview

We use technology to empower landlords and property manager to rent to low- and middle- income tenants with confidence. We use predictive analytics to predict when tenants will need help paying rent and prevent potential evictions by finding tenants jobs and partnering them with career services near them.

Landlords who use our platform can expect to see a decrease in the number of evictions that they experience, longer tenant retention, and tenants who have higher earning potentials- which means they are able to sustain increases when properties increase in value.

We also survey tenants on a regular basis and report back de-identified aggregate data to help landlords improve the services they offer to their tenants. During market testing market testing, tenants have shown and increased perception of their landlord of more than 3 points on a 10 point scale just for them investing in a 3rd party to help them if they fall on hard times.

We incentivize tenants to participate in our short surveys with gift cards, discounts to partner events, and more incentives. more
