Drinkskartz is an AI Enabled Hyper-local E-commerce Platform for Manufacturers, Re-sellers & Consumers for selected types of Drinks & Beverages. The Platform is working on direct tie-up between BIS & FASSAI registered Drinks & Beverages Manufacturer & Seller & Consumer to reduce the middleman throughout the Supply Chain to ensure the Best Quality Product delivered at the consumer doorstep keeping the supply chain swift & prompt.
There is No specific Drinks & Beverage E-Commerce Platform through which the Different Layer of Business Entity can be brought under same Platform Unlike us. we have started Advertising in Social media, more avenues like FM, Kiosks, tie up with chain restaurants etc.
Firstly
Being in this Drinks & Beverage manufacturing Business since 2011 when we started working on this Proposition we feel that removing the Middleman from the entire supply chain (Re-seller) will be beneficial for Both the consumers & the Manufacturers as manufacturers will get more price for their sold Product and the customer will get an opportunity to receive the same Product with value added service in lesser Price. Along with that after identifying the Opportunities in the B2B Model for long run from a business point of view. We then added to a B2B model to create a seamless link between Manufacturers and retail stores. The goal was to ensure a fair price for everyone involved.
Secondly
Drinkskartz had to overcome many challenges to improve its operational efficiency like ensuring the on time product delivery for Subscribers/consumers, finding the best routes, and also putting adequate safeguards against the Counterfeit Product.
For example, the Delivery Box have digital tamper-proof tags, once the box been sealed by the Seller/ Ware house Delivery Manager the box can be open only through OTP and each Customer gets an OTP to unlock the delivery box which need to given to the driver upon Reaching the Delivery.
Its customer base has also grown from 10 in 2017 to 35+ manufacturer and sellers and 750+ Customers serving around 25-30 deliveries today. Drinkskartz also maps the best routes for drivers to reach their destinations with clearly identified points.
