Overview

HIA is a tech startup in Pasadena, CA that has developed a one-of-a-kind DIGITAL HUMAN technology with the goal to transform the way businesses automate their repetitive conversations with their constituents: customers, employees, patients. Starting on a solid technology foundation from USC's Institute for Creative Technologies, HIA has built tools that allow artificially intelligent and highly interactive on-screen characters to conduct sophisticated conversations with large numbers of people simultaneously; ask and answer questions; and collect data on the interactions. The product is now in field tests and is positioned to move out of the trial phase and into a scalable business.

Our products range from mobile XR to fully immersive head-mounted applications with digital human avatars (or other characters) able to converse with humans using conversational AI. We also build custom professional services applications for clients as well as developing web-based tools for creating and managing content and product applications at scale. more
