Atlas Prime NRG is a company that sells electricity that is perfect for everyone because not doing so as shown by the status quo is literally killing us.

In the past 6 months, we’ve validated our sales process by securing a pilot site in Haiti, two strategic partnerships in Africa and $250M in project financing that we can’t tap into until we finish the prototype. That’s why we’re raising $1.3M.

This prototype will reduce the cost of electricity for businesses in emerging markets by over 50% without government subsidies, make Haiti energy independent by 2024 and ultimately reverse climate change.

Every minute, 4 people die and 2 of them were kids no more than 5 years old due to blackout-related incidences and air pollution. Because of this, a boy who almost died 3x by the age of 12 when he lived in Haiti became obsessed with this problem.

He later learned that the power producers and businesses are willfully over-reliant on fossil fuels for producing the electricity they need. This makes the grid more unreliable and so other businesses start producing their own electricity with diesel and gas generators. But doing this robbed them of a significant portion of their revenue and perpetuated the very problem they were trying to solve.

After living in this vicious cycle and studying renewables and batteries for 16 years, he realized that current conventional renewable solutions were making things worse and the cost of energy batteries wasn't falling fast enough.

So he designed a tiny power plant in a box that can be deployed quick enough to reverse the vicious cycle and undo the financial, technical, social and environmental damage fossil fuel.
