In 2019, we started thinking about designing & building a product that can attract a wide range of customers which can increase ROI of any scale business. Hailing from a family that has a business background, the idea of creating a top class customer loyalty and engagement program travelled with me all the time. So we formed a team that concur on the same lines and came up with a unique gamified in store experience that can change the way customers engage with the business. This can go hand-in-hand with the existing loyalty program or can stand on its own with end-to-end capabilities.
Our team, being software professionals since 9 years built a strong product with latest and futuristic technologies. Lot of time, hard work, efforts and sacrifices went into making this product TradeMantri. Taking this product to global level by expanding our clientele and opening it up in different countries is in our road map.
