Overview

We use mobile technology, open and real-time data, machine learning algorithms to predict crowd levels on the underground, and trains in London. Our product provides users the information required to determine their own travel experience. Prior to COVID 19, train carriages build for a capacity of approx. 700 people could end up carrying over 1000 in rush hour. However, now with social distancing being a health and safety issue public transport systems are required to find a way to manage the crowds. Our technology is able to understand crowd behavior, predict trends and patterns and use the gaps in the patterns to direct people when to travel. We are currently targeting key workers and commuters but have plans to bring in other features which will impact people travelling for other reasons such as events, time with friends and more. more
