RenterBuyer is a FinTech startup on amission to help first-time buyers own their own home quicker. We're building an AI-powered digital coaching app that will give each user a clear indication of their purchase-readiness, create personalised plan/checklist for them and match them to tailored product offers and homes best suited to them.
There are 11 million Generation Rent households in the UK, many unable to buy because they can't build the deposit, or get a mortgage due to being self employed (irregular income) or with thin credit history (e.g. new to the UK). We're solving this problem by providing a digital service to guide an aspiring homeowner through everything they need to own their home quicker- everything from guides to building a deposit and credit score to tailored offers to make you purchase-ready quicker.
