We will have an application and website for engineers to upload there information and qualifications, and from there we start looking in to match the standards of the employer to the qualification of the employee. Once the right engineer is found, we interview him on everything from basics all the way to the technical information he or she possess. Right when we feel that we have the right engineer for the job, we take him or her, advise them on how to finish their paperwork and send them ready to their new company where they will be working, for a final interview with the employer. Once accepted by the employer, the engineer is ready to start their new job!

On the other hand, if the engineer does not get past our interview process we advise them on what skills they have to work on and give them a period of 2-3 months to work on these skills before we can contact them again for a job vacancy.

The company will have two ends to deal with. The first is the employers and how to get companies to actually trust the firm to hire engineers for them. And the second is the engineers. The interaction between the firm and the engineers will be through an online application and also a website. This will make it easy for engineers to upload there information and qualifications. It will also make it easy for us to interact and communicate with them.
