So every time a gastronomy business has a reservation canceled or prepared too much food, instead of throwing it away, it can be sold through FairMeals with a discount between 20-90%.
Via push notification clients learn about the offers 2-3 hours before closing time. If a restaurant can foresee surplus food regularly, recurring offers can be added to the platform for every day or selected days (e.g. before off days). These offers can be seen all day and restaurants can adjust the quantity at any time as long as a dish has not been reserved. Just B-D charges its partners a 20% commission for each meal sold. In this way constantly growing income is generated.
