JustStuck is a service to connect people who are quite simply stuck in the midst of a project or task. All they need is a little bit of knowledge. Think of us as real time exchange of microknowledge.

Take a real world example. It is a Saturday and you are finishing up some work on your kitchen sink. You have done your research. Do It Yourself videos, relevant discussion boards and chats with the plumbing folks at your big box hardware store. You ready. Your sink plumbing is in pieces and as much as you try you cannot get the project done. You are JustStuck.

What do you do. Back to YouTube, no help. Quora, but the answers do not make sense. Several trips to your Big Box trying to find some help. You know this is something simple but the answer eludes you. You can call a plumber and pay weekend premiums. You can live without a sink until Monday and call a plumber and pay the fees and lose time. Or........

Well luckily your friend told you about the JustStuck app so you go ahead and download it. You register and pick plumbing as your problem with another click on kitchen and sink. A list of helpers pops up with their credentials, ratings, pricing and availability. You pick Bob (you could pick more than one person). The system sends a text to Bob who happens to be watching a football game. He is a bit bored and could use some extra cash but does not really want to go out on a job. He responds and a streaming video and voice link is initiated. You take your phone and show him your sink. With a little back and forth he guides you through a few steps. Your task is done, dinner is on and Bob has earned a quick $30. Well minus our fee.

In the home do it yourself market there are great opportunities for partnership with big box stores such as Lowes and Home Depot. All they want to do is sell product and have happy customers. So it is a good entry point and that market is worth billions.

But people can Just get Stuck on many tasks. Now they can get help when they need it. Real time and on demand.

We are at the seed stage and seeking funds to support development of a minimally viable product to introduce to the market. Our first target is Android followed by IOS.
