To validate our hypothesis , we conducted an extensive market research and found out that close to 75 % of people are not appreciative of Carpooling as they are not comfortable travelling with strangers. Our research also suggested that around 95 % chunk of this population which initially was averse to Carpooling, expressed positive views on Carpooling if the stranger is similar to their own personality type or had similar attributes.
The reason being plain and simple. The human tendency of gelling in well with compatible personalities.
