We help companies to organize and automate maintenance and replenishment job dispatching and to have the full control over the service delivery without the need for dispatchers! This relates to the company with large number of highly distributed assets, like manufacturers of medical and laboratory equipment or home appliances.
Keeprop connects the assets, or asset users, directly to the technicians in an automated way. It provides the asset owners with the full insight in the process without a need to be hands-on.
We work on full automation of service cycle: receiving the events using IoT; recognition of the service requests; automated task dispatching; and finally the follow-up using IoT, to ensure the job is done as expected. Our vision is to enable different devices to request services by themselfs and to ensure that technicians serve them in a proper way.
