Providing quality supplies to farmers on credit and collect their products (cattle | milk | dairy items) in return to adjust the credit
Providing veterinary support and hands-on training
Farmer profiling for digital inclusion. Here, we will create entire business profile of the farmers so that their business profiles can get documented which will attract formal banking opportunities in future.
Offering 360 degree farming consultancy to cover up issues like cow trading, shed design, feed planning etc.
Implementing technologies like cow-tagging, smart trackers, artifical insemination guns etc. for better production.

How the things will be done

Step 1: Farmer registers as a member of the hub
Farmer gets a Digital Identity Card
Complete financial and business profile created for the farmer
Farmer’s resources (cattle/land/labor)
The card can be used as a virtual credit card to avail services from the hub

Step 2: Farmer subscribes to services in the hub
Feed, mixtures and supplements
Medicine and veterinary support
Training and information
Shared equipment

Step 3: Farmer avails services in credit from the hub
All services can be availed at 25% of the total cost
Rest of the 75% adjusted through sales revenue
Scheduled training and information sessions will be availed by members free of cost

Step 4: Farmer sells their produce to the hub
Khamar-e Service Hub will accept livestock, milk, meat and dairy products
Using shared resource (such as digital weighing scale), the farmers will transparently sell their output
Complete transactional records will be maintained
