Amazing things Kim's made
I led the strategy, design & delivery for both the Argos digital concept store & the Hyundai’s 1st small format dealership. Despite being 250sq meters, the site sold more cars than any Hyundai dealership in the county. I’ve led numerous award-winning transformation projects, but my most ambitious project is creating the Scoop Platform. Used by retailers such as UNIQLO, Three & Superdry, the Scoop Platform is the foundation of the digital store of the future. We focused on:-

CX - True omnichannel & single operations for POS, clientelling, signage, returns, refunds, mixed baskets & more make for a great experience.

Efficiency - As well as operational efficiency in store, a key benefit is the shared codebase across all touchpoints means fewer integrations, fewer suppliers to manage, less code to write & a huge cost saving.

Data - We provide stats on customers, stock availability, sales, dropped baskets, etc., & we can link it with online & mobile to provide a single customer view.
