Our solution:
We collect current employee reviews on what a company offers its employees as well as how they work. We make those reviews publicly available to job-seekers (like a TripAdvisor but for companies).

In parallel, we turn these reviews into actionable insights for business leaders (or their delegates) and help them manage their employee engagement, organisational culture and employer branding efforts.
