What To Expect From The Programme
An 11-week remote programme of Workshops, Stakeholder 1-2-1’s, Mentorship Sessions
Access to data, resources and knowledge from within the rail industry.
Guidance across innovative, lean development & design working methods
Business, financial and commercials advice
The skills needed to test and validate that your product is fit for market need
Access to TfWR data to help refine your product and solution
Opportunities to liaise and network with TfWR Senior Leadership Team and stakeholders
Access to online learning and workshop resources & community of startups
All of this is delivered virtually, meaning you can take part from your home or own office space. No travelling required.

What to expect
The programme starts with a product development boot camp to teach you the techniques and practices you will need throughout the programme
Workshop material will be available online, for you to view in your own time.
You will receive scheduled 1-on-1 time with our innovation team & TfWR stakeholders on a weekly basis. Giving you access to data, resources and expertise to define and validate your product, develop an MVP and trial your solution.
