digital platform (application &website) enable individuals , restaurants , universities , clubs, compounds , resorts , malls , schools , .... Even military camps that produce wastes (organic & inorganic) to convert organic waste into organic fertilizer.
We use bokashi technique to convert waste (organic) to compost using specified waste collector (bokashi bucket) using bacterial accelerator we made ourselves (bokashi bran)
We are targeting two customer segments
1-customer want to get rid of his waste converting it to compost to re-use it in his private garden ,backyard
a-individuals living in first floor with private garden (villa , apartment , chalet , ..)
b-compounds ,hotels , resorts , clubs , … for their landscape requirements
2- customer has no garden (live in higher floors) or restaurants , malls , …
just want to get rid of his waste (environmentally safe ) and save money as well
customer will order bokashi bucket & bran(accelerator) online
bucket will consists of 2 units (one for inorganic waste & the other for organic waste )
he will has the options to sell to us inorganic (solid) waste by loyalty program (cash points for each kgs)
the bucket pre-compost either reusing it in his private garden or selling it to us (the same way as solid )
revenues:
we will buy bokashi (bucket & bran)
the solid waste we buy we will re-sell it to specialized factories (soda cans , plastic bottles , …)
the pre-compost we bought from customer will handled to become mature compost , packing it professionally and selling it to organic farms , agri- exhibitions , …
it will be calculated well for the customer that the money he pay for the bokashi kit and monthly powder (for specified period) will be less that the stuff he will obtain (according to cash points schedule) for that period ( let us say 10 months)
