When companies use our free credit-check and accounts receivable system, they do that by installing a small plugin to their accounting software. That gives us access to the transaction history with all their customers. In that way, we get huge amounts of data we can “feed” our algorithms. Our collection campaigns are based on different content bloks, channels and much more. We use our machine learning algorithms to personalize the whole flow based on the single debtor. Over time, we build a positive network effect based on data, which will become a very strong sustainable competitive advantage.

By digitizing debt collection, we can provide our customers with the absolute cheapest solution on the market. Unlike normal collection companies, we take no subscription fee and no commission if the debt is paid in the amicable collection process.

The potential market for Likvido is huge. With more than 19% of all companies paying late, 3% not paying at all, and 8% of the total revenue of european companies being returned via debt collection companies (EOS Survey). The total market size for debt collection in Europe is 80 billion, with a much larger latent market. The market in Denmark is around 700 mio DKK, not including lawyers and companies own collection efforts. Our vision is to build a global unicorn, but our strategy is to start with 100% focus on danish SMEs.
