The Art, Design and Audiovisual Communication Faculty and the Center for Research, Development and Innovation of Computer Systems - CIDIS, of ESPOL Polytechnic University, have created the inclusive Loly-MIDI project aiming to improve social development and cognitive skills in children, particularly in children with autism. A Human-Robot-Game interaction platform was designed to integrate MIDI apps (containing cloud-controlled animated stories and easy children's educational video games) with the robot Loly. This platform promises to monitor and improve the teaching-learning process with academic content such as videos, audios, and educational video games to stimulate social and cognitive skills on topics such as natural, social, art, inclusion, and a healthy environment.
