2. Difficulty of offering variable morning shifts or evening shifts to transport the students because of fuel consumption.
3. University lack of control and tracking to bus lines with modern modes of technology.
4. Lack of communication between the university and the registered student to listen to the complains and surveys about driver’s attitude or bus cleanliness.
5. The universities don’t know the statistics of students riding amounts per month or semester due to the lack of necessary tracking measures.
6. The university loses opportunities of transporting the non-registered students when their cars are down or their friends are on a day off. So they get to grab a taxi or one of the ride hailing service providers.
7. An average of 4% - 6% of the unregistered students still use the university’s transportation even after using electronic smart gates. This results in financial losses and opportunity losses for the university.

* B2C > Its our second stage and we are working to open this phase ( 2 Mobile apps for client, mobile app for driver and dashboard are tested and ready to work).
