MassRoots is the largest and fastest growing social network for cannabis consumers with 500,000 users. People use MassRoots to find smoking buddies, follow their favorite dispensaries and stay connected with the cannabis community. Businesses can use MassRoots' advertising platform to put their goods and services directly in front of hundreds of thousands of cannabis consumers.

In May 2015, MassRoots acquired a 10% stake in a seed-to-sale tracking system called Flowhub that was operating in private beta. By combining the data from cannabis grow operations, dispensary point of sale systems and the world's largest cannabis social network in one central location, we have gained insights into the cannabis industry that no one else has. Within the next several months, dispensaries will be able to serve micro-targeted ads to MassRoots users based on their purchasing patterns, posting behavior and dozens of other data points.

During the 2016 election cycle, at least 8 states are expected to have some form of cannabis legalization on the ballot, representing close to 40% of the United States Population. MassRoots is building out in-app voter registration, push notifications for polling places and times based on a users' location, and organizing legalization events in several key states. Not only will these actions help expand our market, but they will also further endear cannabis consumers to the MassRoots brand.

I've seen firsthand MassRoots grow since they first pitched ArcView in September of 2013. In that time, the user count has grown tremendously (and continues to), their platform is getting strong every day, and remain a darling for tech investors looking at the cannabis industry.

Morgan Paxhia
Managing Director & Chief Investor, Poseidon Asset Management, LLC

I am the co-founder of Poseidon Asset Management, a pioneer hedge fund focusing entirely on the cannabis industry. We launched in January 2014, alongside the inception of the adult use market in Colorado. Isaac immediately stood out as a leading entrepreneur as he exuded intelligence, vision, and drive. He continues to hit each of his milestones, all the while turning early naysayers into strong supporters. These efforts were showcased when Apple disallowed the MassRoots app from the iTunes Store. His ability to rally a significant and diverse group of supporters, was very impressive. MassRoots returned to the app store and simultaneously grew the user base exponentially. He is truly an influencer of positive change and a visionary when it comes to opportunities with technology and connecting people. We invest in Isaac, and his team, given their ability to execute. Isaac is an inspirational CEO. The cannabis industry, as well as his generation, is lucky to have such a great leader.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Isaac for over 2 years now. He has beat my expectations on every level. His ability to simplify and solve complex business problems in a calm and rational way have proven him to be one of the best CEO's in my 25 year investing carrer of over 400 companies. At such a young age he has been able to create a dynamic company and team, far greater then most of the CEOs twice his age.

My name is Ean Seeb. I'm the co-founder of Denver's oldest dispensary, Denver Relief and the national cannabis consulting firm, Denver Relief Consulting. I'm also the past Chairman of the Board for the National Cannabis Industry Association. When I first met Isaac Dietrich, he had just created MassRoots a few months earlier. They had a couple thousand users at the time. I was one of the first to tell him I did not believe in his vision to make MassRoots the "instagram of cannabis". Fast forward just over a year and a half. Isaac is well on his way to over 1 million users, was successful in going toe to toe with Apple and has taken his company public with a successful IPO. Isaac is THE definition of a cannabis entrepreneur and should be selected to pitch at the Extreme Tech Challenge

Board of Advisors, MassRoots, Inc.

My name is Shmuel Tennenhaus. Most recently, I was the VP of Marketing for Big Fish Games, now part of Churchill Downs (CHDN). Currently, I am an investor in the cannabis and an advisor for MassRoots.

Isaac is an exceptional CEO. He has built a robust team of passionate individuals and leads by example. I am impressed by Isaac's vision, determination & mission. MassRoots is positioned for great things and they continue to make smart decisions as it pertains to product, user growth and monetization. All of this is thanks to Isaac's grit and determination.

My name is Douglas Leighton, founder and portfolio manager of Dutchess Capital. We have funded over $2b in transaction value over an 18 year time frame. We were the seed investor in MassRoots a year ago. After I learned Isaac was chosen for Peter Thiel’s 20 under 20 I knew I wanted to meet this young gentleman. I was overly impressed with Isaac and his team. They had built a small, but growing niche social network for under $18k and about had about 6,500 users. We funded the first 150k and he has been able to grow the network to over 170k and they add about 700 people a day with very little marketing dollars. Over the past year I have seen him, his team and the company continue to impress me and my team. I highly recommend him for this event.
