Women in rural areas, are not comfortable in discussing their gynae problems even with a lady doctor. Therefore, it is proposed to develop a chatbot & “chatbot with toll free call number ” to address the same. Chatbot will be developed in English as well as in local language. Users will ask their queries and disease will be diagnosed. The basic idea is that users can simply interact with a chatbot and probable solutions would also be provided. This chatbot will dispense scientific or proven facts only and also connect our incubation’s technical hand. The chatbot will also suggest nearby qualified doctors with their email ids and phone numbers for consultation. The chatbot will be integrated in the website of Rajshree Radical Research Institute for pilot testing of minimum viable product. The chatbot will first go for testing by a team of Gynecologists' of the hospital. Realtime feedback, iteration, fast test cycle will be the USP of this experiment setup. it will help us to measure the impact of the proposed solution in the context of extreme uncertainty and also, we will be able to get in front of potential users to gauge their reactions. As per the feedback of the users, the product will be modified for minor or major changes to make sure that our product will able to get more and more hungry customers or users. It will also help to build reliable product for real users. The chatbot is supposed to address real issue by solving gynae queries of users who are not comfortable in face to face interactions. The product can be further extended to live chat with doctors of the hospital and getting the problem solved without any physical interaction. Financial support can be received through CSR Fund specifically, from insurance companies. Also, technical and medical support can be received from the Institute itself. The product can will be integrated in the websites of urban and rural girls’ schools. After thorough testing, awareness program will be run to acquaint general public with the product through village panchayats. Also, awareness programs will be run in participation of urban school girls to educate rural school girls about the product. Later on, domain of this chatbot will be expanded in medical fields such as Psychiatry, depression etc.
