MIC Queensland Start-up Class of FY14

This year we are kicking off the pilot of our annual Start-up Cohort at the MIC. This program is designed to give you the opportunity to connection with mentors, access space, hardware & specialized activities to help you grow your start-up! We are looking for passionate teams & founders of start-up's that are developing a globally scalable business to join our cohort who have a willingness to learn, connect & engage at the MIC.

What do we require?

1. Your application. This helps us to assess the suitability of our program for your start-up & understand what stage you are at. It gives us insight into what you're looking for & where you're heading.
2. Let's Catch up. Stage 2 of the process is that we would love to meet you. People are the heart of a start-up and our MIC, so we'd love to catch up & learn more.
3. Welcome Day. After your application & Interview, we will let you know if you're a great fit for the program & invite you to be a part of our pilot cohort & get you set up!
4. Your Community Commitment. We will host quartley opportunities for our whole cohort to connect, it’s important to us you're there! We'd also like to keep regularly updated on where you are at with a quarterly update. Most importantly we need your commitment to engage with the program, it's set up to help you grow!

How long does the program last for?

We'd like to invite you to be a part of our start-up cohort for the financial year! Why? We recognize that start-up's move quickly, and we don't doubt that it's likely that in this year, you might move overseas or join an accelerator but we'd love to be your base. We'd love our MIC to be the place you can ground yourself, access the resources you need & keep yourself accountable.

How does this differ from what the MIC already offers?

Our cohort program takes all the great resources that our MIC has to offer and brings them in a centralized annual program that will allow start-up's the opportunity access all the MIC has to offer.
