Both MSG models can be equipped with an inspection camera, bringing inspection of aircraft to a new level.

Using the MSG system, alle de-icing and washing is done in a covered facility, with a closed loop system significantly reducing the possibility of discharges into the surrounding environment. The majority of all spent fluids is collected on site and available for a variety of recycling options.

Major reductions in time consumption will yield great cost savings for the industry. Today's methods for de-icing and washing of aircraft are time-consuming, and sometimes hard to predict. With the MSG system, a de-icing process is completed in just a few minutes, regardless of weather conditions. A complete exterior wash is performed in approximately 20 minutes, depending on the aircraft model. The MSG system uses no brushes, and offers a gentler cleaning process than traditional methods, resulting in less wear to the aircraft paint. We are also planning to develop a functionality for engine wash, which will reduce fuel consumption and enlengthen the life cycle for the engine of the aircraft, especially in sandy areas.

In conclusion, we will deliver a technology that will make de-icing, washing and inspection of aircraft faster, safer and better than todays methods. Less downtime needed will enable the airlines to wash their aircraft more frequently. This will help them take better care of their aircraft, save costs, and reduce the environmental footprint for the industry.
