City congestion is a huge issue for all cities worldwide with very negative impact on health, pollution, quality of life and economic development. We are convinced that getting rid of cars is not a realistic option; a different paradigm shift is required leveraging technology, collaboration and governance. Effective, clean, personalized mobility requires to work on 2 levers: (i) cities gaining control and leadership over itinerary recommendations and (ii) enabling motorists, when it makes sense, to combine car and other mobility solutions for their daily journeys.
My Anatol is an early stage project founded in June 2017 by three senior entrepreneurs, Thierry Chiche, Mikhail Tarassov and Jean-Baptiste Rougé; Thierry is the CEO and Product Owner; Mikhail is the CTO focusing on IT developments and setting up a highly qualified and responsive network of developers in Russia and Ukraine; Jean-Baptiste is the COO focusing on marketing, business development and operations.
My Anatol’s business goal is to offer tier 2 cities worldwide the capability to manage itinerary recommendations to knock down congestion, channeled to travelers thanks to a new generation global mobility app leveraging the biodiversity of available mobility solutions.
We’re convinced it’s possible tanks to innovative algorithms and local cooperation of all mobility players and travelers. My Anatol is a platform for cities, mobility operators and travelers to cooperate to make city congestion history. It’s the basis for cities to gain control over itinerary regulation eg. for service fleets and in the future autonomous vehicle’s vs global platforms.
My Anatol’s business model is based on city subscriptions and monetization of application traffic. My Anatol’s first app MVP is available on IOS since February 2018. The overall technical platform including portal and android app will be fully operative as of March 2019. 2019’s goal is to conduct at scale experiments and knock down 3 jams in 3 cities in France.
Initial contacts have been developed throughout 2018 with 10 target cities – the agreement to commence a first experiment in early April is being finalized. Our deployment approach is operational and hands on – we partner with cities to reduce 2 or 3 precisely identified jams. Our teams are in the jams to recruit pilot user – we precisely analyze their mobility intentions and propose deviation routes targeting 3 objectives: congestion, time to destination and km travelled / CO2 produced.
