From 2020, we sell German dealer products with our own online-shop "myGermany-Store-com" (a marketplace). The logistics for this is handled by myGermany. We are contract partners for the dealer as buyers and for the end customer as sellers. So the dealer does not have to deal with the hurdles of international sales and shipping processes.
For dealers who do not sell on our marketplace, we offer shipping and customs services via interfaces or our own pick-up portal.

myGermany GmbH earns money several times along the value chain. With marketplace orders we receive between 2-6% commission, for concierge orders we take a 10% surcharge. We generate additional income with special services such as free parcel delivery and storage space rental or special packaging or collections.
The shipping service is our main source of income. The margin between buying and selling the shipping rate is 40-120% depending on the country and parcel size (in Europe the average is €25, worldwide €40-90).

Our customers can be divided into three categories:
(1) B2B German dealers to reach more customers abroad - 11%
(2) B2B customers* abroad who needed German quality products to run their business locally - 9%
(2) B2C customers* abroad who wish to purchase German products - 80%

Key partners are shipping service providers such as FedEx, DHL and UPS who provide cost-effective shipping and return rates. As a payment service provider, we rely payment providers WireCard and crypto currencies.
