Jón moved to Paris in 1988, learning illustration and graphic design in Parsons School of Design. He was on the Dean's list for outstanding students, and received scholarships for the four years he studied. He graduated in 1992 with a BFA degree. After graduation, Jón worked equally in Iceland with the graphic design and art direction of the magazines Heimsmynd, Eintak and XYZ advertising agency until 1997. He then travels to Copenhagen, Denmark. There he worked for seven years as an art director of the biggest mens magazines in Denmark, M!, published by Benjamin Media, and later magazines for Jyllands Posten. In 2007 he moves home to Iceland, educates himself in multi media and works for his own company Magnusson Media. He has recently launched a new company, Mongol Multimedia witch will work in the field of publishing and advertising for tv....
