I have gained considerable support from both Kent and Essex Country Councils as well as Government's Cross Party Transport Committee where i gained 6 hours running time through Eurotunnel to run railfreight into Europe from UK's Deep Ports. my lower Thames crossing proposal has 3 motorway grade lanes on upper deck and 2 all purpose rail lines in each large bore tunnel. i have been in talks with head of IUK and Director General of DFT & their strategic teams, all in keeping with Kent's Growth Without Gridlock part of taking London Eastward.
