15 Alpine Space Scale-ups wanted !
The ability to look for talents and look after them well enough to keep them and develop their skills is not intuitive. An exciting project, a good pay, a nice workspace, and a hard-working team are sometimes not enough.
This is why EU-funded “Scale(up)Alps project is now launching “Nitro: The Alpine Space Acceleration Event”. NITRO is intended to support scale-ups* (or most promising start-ups) by working intensively on the key points to scale their businesses with the support of world-class experts.
During this event, 15 Alpine Space companies will be working together during a 2 day event in Sophia Antipolis, near Nice & Cannes and a 20 minutes drive from Nice International Airport.
International experts will be on site to coach participants in a series of three talent-dedicated and innovative HR practices workshops. Participants will enriche the contents by sharing their own experiences, successes, failures, advice...

 Loyalty: “which are the best practices to keep theses talents motivated and happy to work in my Company”
 Development: “Different means and ways to strengthen skills”
“Keeping the innovative spirit in a fast-growing phase” will be moderated & discussed during coffee breaks.
All logistics (coffee breaks, day 1 social dinner, day 2 lunch break ) are being taken care of by Scale(up)Alps partners.

* The chosen definition of a scale-up for A.S Scale(up)Alps project: According to the OECD definition, a "Scaleup" is an enterprise with average annual growth in employees or turnover of over 20% per annum over a 3 year period with more than 10 employees at the beginning of the period".
