We want to provide a platform for providing career guidance and counselling services to students and teachers. Today these services do not have a real insight into the strengths and weakness of students and the teachers. Much of the data is based on assumptions and not facts.
By using the CBSE CCE framework as the foundation of our concept, we intend to capture the domains of the development of the student over a course of 4 - 5 years. This allows early and meaningful intervention.
However the success of such a program depends heavily on the teachers. The teachers in most schools are already burdened by administrative works.
Our platform has to be a win win for all the stake holders.
WE have a unique mechanism which will reduce the burden of these teachers and achieve the data collection we need....
