Our aim is establishing new manufacturing processes and developing the existing processes serving superior quality composite products at low cost. Our main parameters are the geometry of the autoclave and the heating system. we designed a rectangular autoclave and the special locking system. Besides, we are conducting R&D studies for replacing the heating system of the autoclave with infrared heating system. This will serve a volumetric and homogenous heating of the material while reducing the recommended cure cycles of the prepreg systems....
