Ocean Accelerator is a high-tech startup accelerator located in the heart of downtown Cincinnati, Ohio. Ocean helps entrepreneurs scale their business with knowledge, relationships, coaching, and seed funding. We enhance the holistic growth of entrepreneurs by integrating a spiritual journey that explores how investing in a founder's financial, intellectual, physical, relational, and spiritual resources can create sustainable growth in the marketplace.

The Ocean program includes four components: a five-month journey focused on start-up skills and faith exploration; daily disciplines to integrate the journey's lessons; weekly activities to stimulate skill building and holistic growth; and monthly goals to prepare each company to launch into the marketplace.

Our commercial business curriculum provides deep training and coaching in these three areas: 1) Value Proposition validation, 2) Revenue Model construction and 3) Investor Pitch preparation.

Each year we accept up to 10 high-tech companies to attend our program from January - May. Each company receives a $50k seed investment in the form of an uncapped convertible note from the Ocean Capital fund, 24/7 access to our brand new 7,000 sq. ft. co-working space located in the heart of downtown Cincinnati, uniquely selected Mentor Groups designed to guide the entrepreneur through the program and check progress, as well as hundreds of hours of pro-bono legal, accounting, HR, and marketing services.
