Once all the terms have been accepted, the producer sends us a dedicated price list, a detailed description of its products accompanied by the panel and laboratory analysis, and all the material necessary to set up its presence on our site which includes a page dedicated as a producer and all the product pages in our shop.
On the other hand, when a restaurateur lands on our site, he will simply have to select the typical dishes of his cuisine or those that come closest in terms of ingredients, on his dedicated page and start the search. Our filter will suggest precisely the most suitable oil cultivars and will also link the product pages of the marketplace that offer that specific variety, making the selection and purchase process simple and immediate.
Once the purchase is complete, we communicate the order to the manufacturer who will prepare the package, using the "Olivante" branded boxes that we provide free. We manage the logistics thanks to commercial partnerships with some couriers that allow us to collect directly from the producer's warehouse and track the delivery to the customer's restaurant.
The producer also has access to a business area created within the Olivante platform, within which he can check the sales trend through a graph and the results in terms of quantity and turnover obtained up to that moment thanks to us.
For the restaurateur, in the end, we have created our certification with which we guarantee the quality of the oil, supported by analyzes, and the 100% Italian origin. This certification consequently becomes a powerful marketing tool for the restaurant towards its customers.
