This brings our customers up to a basic level of capability where our One AI platform then drives them forward with advanced calculations (cost of turnover, quality of hire), data extensions (commute time, equity prices), and an automated machine learning framework to tie all of their data together and surface insights and predictive models (turnover risk, candidate quality).

While we have customers up and running in days with our pre-packaged models and content we're not a closed system. Customers have access to all functions of the data pipeline and content including the data warehouse, data models, and can even edit or put in place their own statistical and predictive models in R and Python.

We are framework and platform for our customers that allows them to quickly reach a level of capability and mature their practices without hitting the ceiling on what our product can facilitate to grow with them.

Our biggest competitor is the internal build but technology has reached a tipping point where we are accelerating the capability gap between One Model and the internal solution even the most advanced organizations in our field will forever be playing catch up.
