There is no such fee ($10K) for the vitual launch program and we don’t charge enrollment fee, but we do have usage fee (starter fee) for technology and other value added services (ie. growth-hacking).

There are enrollment fees for each program. They don't disclose that information until after you get accepted. That information is on pages of their website you cannot access without a direct link. I was shocked to see the program fee jump from "4%" to "4% and $2998". But now their prices appear to have risen again.
