OpenMove is a MaaS platform that aims to boost the usage of mobility services. It is information + ticketing ecosystem: it takes transport data (e.g. from journey planner or sensors), processes it, displays it to users and gives them access to intermodal mobility services.

The OpenMove software ecosystem is composed by the following modules:
- ENGINE: cloud enterprise solution that orchestrates frontends and APIs.
- APP FOR USERS: A-B intermodal trip planning + ticketing with MaaS logics. Residents and tourists easily find transport tickets such as bus, train, metro and parking and pay with 1 tap.
- APP FOR OPERATORS: inspection + sales with anti-fraud technologies. Personnel is enabled to check the validity of tickets and also to issue paper tickets using Bluetooth printer and POS.
- ADMIN DASHBOARD: complete control of the system for transport agencies. It allows for fares management, analytics, billing, clearing and personnel management.

OpenMove solution is used by public transport operators such as Trentino Trasporti and Trenitalia, by private bus operators such as Autostradale, AirportBusExpress and Starfly and by tourism operators such as Trentino Marketing and APT Campiglio. Use cases encompass ticket sales in digital format, printing and sales of paper tickets and integration with 3rd party platform for users access and data exchange. The system processes now €1.8M per month, handles over 200.000 tariffs and has 70.000 operating hours per month.
The company has expertise in working in partnership with industry leaders such as Ericsson and PTV Group for design and development of large combined solutions for ITS.
