We are developing a Cloud of Operations apps (ERP's, WMS's, CRM's, ecommerce). These apps can work together as one, through our data integration software. Our goal is to add Data Assets (such as competitive prices, supplier information, etc) to this cloud. This would enable SME's to gain valuable insights, to improve their entire Operations side of the business (catalog management, pricing, purchasing, etc). The added value of this type of information is usually underestimated, especially if the focus is (too much) on marketing and sales. Imagine you could simply add the prices of your biggest competitors to your ERP. Or importing 5 new suppliers for products you sell. Your would have the best product offering at all times, increasing your conversion ratio's while decreasing your service levels....
